At Christ United Methodist Church, we strive to help people explore the meaning of life, revealing that Christianity can be as relevant to life today as it was 2000 years ago.Some of us believe that humankind’s only hope is a right relationship with the Lord. Some of us also feel He can still use His church to bring us into oneness with Himself.But today’s modern society won’t settle for the dull or the drab. They have a feel for the real. They want authenticity.
From what I’ve seen, an exciting church will have these four features:
- People are praying.
- They are using their Bibles.
- They are giving of their time, talents and treasures to advance Christ’s Kingdom.
- They are getting involved in a meaningful ministry.
